The Coach Approach to Leadership Management program engaged and challenged our leaders on a professional and personal level. The training profoundly impacted each of us in a way that will leave an impression that will last a lifetime. The interactive exercises helped us look within and develop techniques and tools to become stronger, more effective leaders and coaches, while bringing us together as a true interdependent leadership team. The skills we learned helped reduce barriers between our workforce and our leadership team and initiated a culture of open and meaningful dialogue and coaching. In October 2005, we kicked off a 6-month training program focusing on her Coach Approach to Leadership Management (CALM). This program was extremely effective in bringing our leadership team closer together, opening lines of communication and increasing trust levels. In addition, our key people were able to develop coaching skills through a combination of one-on-one coaching with Leslie and her facilitators, and by having the opportunity to role play numerous actual work situations.

Overall, we found the training to be very beneficial to our organization and feel we laid the groundwork for considerable growth by our staff, both professionally and personally. Through the work that Leslie did with your company, what did you learn the most?
How that there can be so many wrong assumptions among coworkers which can be so counterproductive both in the work place and in personal interactions too.

Would you hire her again and why?
Yes I would. As we get set in our ways in business we tend to forget that there may be a better way to approach and conduct ourselves in our workplace. A fresh perspective is always good if you are open enough to apply yourself to listen and learn from others.

L&H worked with the Holistic Coaching Center to improve our work group relations, teamwork and teach our leaders how to coach their people. Leslie worked with our management team to design a custom training process that would improve these specific areas that we needed to work on. It was a two stage process. First we taught our supervisors and managers how to be great leaders using coaching and effective communication skills to serve their people. Next we put all 180 employees in our company through teambuilding to get any issues to the surface. We accomplished our mission. L&H leadership is communicating with their employees at a much higher level than before. The employees are working together to serve our customers and treating each other with respect. Our people are helping each other succeed and the end result is improved employee satisfaction and customer service. All of us at L&H are excited about the coach approach to leadership management and the teambuilding.

I grew into becoming a better leader and understanding my leadership role within our organization from the training set forth by Leslie.  She has a tremendous heart and truly cares about the people she is working with.  However, she does not hesitate to call you out and expects you to play full out.  The group of leaders I attended the class with still meets 3 times per month to continue learning and growing in our leadership roles.  Leslie definitely gives you tools to live by and use at the work place, and for every day interaction with family and friends.  Remain open and honest with yourself, your group, and Leslie and the benefits of the Leadership Training are great.  I would suggest the Training by Leslie to any person just looking to improve their life or business.
