This training program introduces coaching concepts and increases confidence and improves understanding of a coach-approach to management style in supervisors and executive management who are coaching employees. This training provides opportunities for structured skill practice, and monitored application of the coaching model through a combination of skills presentation, experiential and field learning, and facilitated discussion and modeling.
