I live in Northeastern Wyoming and have five dynamic grown children who have been teachers in many life experiences. I have a double Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Social Science. I am a certified Co-Active Coach and have received my training from The Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, California. Also, I am a graduate of the Co-Active Space Leadership Development Program, one of the top three leadership programs in the nation according to Stanford University. Fortunately, these two programs, combined with my background in facilitation, have given me a high quality skill set needed in coaching, training, and facilitating to produce the cutting edge results for today’s ever changing health and business industries.

I have developed several programs geared towards professional development. The Coach Approach to Leadership Development, Teambuilding, and Strategic Planning are three of the most popular programs. I also work with outdoor women’s retreats that specialize in ritual, ceremony, and rites of passage.

I am the owner of Holistic Coaching Center, LLC, a company that provides personal and corporate coaching, leadership development programs, and teambuilding working on the human side of business. I mostly enjoy working with individuals and innovative leaders who are ready to call forth a higher level of impact and potential so that they may serve the people around them and make a true difference in the world.

I am a nature lover and believe in the exquisite lessons that come from the natural world if we are willing to truly listen.
